Wayfarer Wines x Oyster Buoys
On 14th June Oyster Buoys shall be joining the brilliant Wayfarer Wines at their beautiful vineyard to bring a specially crafted event, Wine and Oyster tasting. We, alongside their expert sommeliers shall be providing a tasting experience of a classical pairing, wine and oysters and discussing their similarities.
Oysters, akin to wine in that they are subtly influenced by their environment and the conditions that they are in. For grapes, variety in flavours can arise from many factors and leads to a range of complex aromas. The same is true with oysters, and some people naturally have their favourites for that fact.
We shall be discussing this alongside giving you an insight into the production process and how Oysters are healthy and sustainable. All whilst you enjoy a selection of freshly shucked oysters.
Not to mention basking in the summer sun sipping on locally produced wine and slurping tasty oysters.
