Oyster Buoys everything Oyster.  We provide professional oyster shucking from our bespoke raw bar and roaming shucker services.


With over a decade working with  bi-valve molluscs both production at oyster farms and the catering  in seafood restaurants across the UK. We have hands on experience managing one of the UK's largest Oyster Farms and working with fisherman collecting Native Oysters from fisheries in British Waters. 


When it comes to shellfish we are the experts, not only in the art of opening an oyster, or shucking. We understand what makes the often underrated oyster so and how it gets from farm to fork. Our knowledge and confidence means we bring you the best oysters, with the best flavours in a theatre that offers a luxurious personalised experiences for you and your guests.


Oyster farming is one of the most sustainable forms of protein and as an island the UK has vast swathes of coastline which offer opportunities to feed our nation. We hope to showcase not only the great taste of oysters but also the benefits that are gained by supporting the UK shellfish trade and their positive health implications.



Oyster Buoys are experienced oyster shuckers available for private hire. We offer professional shucking services from our RAW BAR and ROAMING SHUCKER services.

We are based in the Kent, South East England, however we are available for private hire across the UK.

Yes! We offer oyster home delivery nationwide.


Delivery Information

We currently offer home delivery of oysters across the UK, via courier from UK oyster farms. Check out our store for a range of oysters to your door. 



Storage

Oysters should be stored in the fridge underneath a damp sheet, a piece of kitchen towel is good enough. The oysters should be stored at 4-8°C. The oysters will last for 3 days from packing date. DO NOT eat any oysters that are open.
