There is a rhythm to the summer that always seems to pull us back to the water. This July, we are delighted to be returning to the Lymington Seafood Festival at Bath Road Park. Having been part of this vibrant celebration before, we know exactly what to expect: a weekend of exceptional local produce, salt-air breezes, and a crowd that truly appreciates the craft of great seafood.
Celebrating a Decade of Flavour
This year is particularly special, as the festival celebrates its 10th anniversary. It’s an honour to be back at a venue that has become a staple of our summer tour. Lymington has such a rich maritime history, and we can’t think of a better place to set up our raw bar. There’s something about the view across the Solent that makes a freshly shucked oyster taste just a little bit better.
Perfect Pairings with Hattingley Valley
A highlight of the festival is the chance to pair our oysters with some of the finest producers in the country. We are thrilled that Hattingley Valley—an award-winning Hampshire winery—is returning as a partner this year. Their Classic Reserve English Sparkling Wine offers that precise, crisp acidity and elegant complexity that cuts through the briny richness of a fresh oyster perfectly. It is a partnership that feels like a natural extension of the South Coast’s incredible food and drink culture.
The Art of the Shuck
