Oyster Buoys x New Forest Food Festival – 15th & 16th August 2026
Oyster Buoys shall be shucking oysters to order at the New Forest Food Festival. Join us at Hinton Admiral Events Field, Hampshire. A weekend that shouldn’t be missed!
We shall be shucking locally sourced Dorset Oysters served from our bespoke Mother-of-Pearl oyster bar. All of our oysters are served on the half shell with traditional toppings; Lemon, Tabasco and house-made Shallot Mignonette.
Our oysters are shucked to order, and served from the ice so you know they are the freshest, packed full of flavour. A perfect pairing with a glass of local wine or beer.
