We would like to wholeheartedly thank The Chamberlains for inviting us to Port Lympne for the opportunity to showcase our Mobile Oyster Bar at such a versatile Kentish Wedding Venue. In the grounds alongside a plethora of talented individuals who made this day not only a great success but so much fun also!

Oysters have such a perfect place in celebration! They are the perfect pairing to sparkling wine and champagne; but not only that. The association with romance and love is due to their anecdotal aphrodisiac effect. We will let you be the judge of that!
New Orleans, located on the east coast of the USA in the state of Louisiana has a rich history associated seafood, particularly oysters. Oysters Rockefeller was a dish invented in this city in the 20th Century and is now enjoyed worldwide.
Das Brass – A brass covers band which play a melange of pop and funk favourites, balkanised afrobeats and twisted jazz standards. The band consists of traditional New Orleans style horn section instruments such as: trombones, trumpets, saxophones, sousaphone and drums.
