Oyster Buoys began with a simple goal to redefine the way people experience and appreciate oysters.

The aim, to provide not only the best oysters from the UK. But a theatre for the unique art of oyster shucking, from former oyster farmers.

Share our experience of our first winedrops live! experience. Our oysters, sourced straight from the market, enhanced the range of wines that were enjoyed at the UK's largest wine festival.

Oyster Club at Juniors Deli

Hosted by Junior's Deli, Whitstable. Our first pop up showcased our new and exciting flavours. We shall be expanding our menus through 2026 with the feedback from our guests.

Oxford Wine Festival 2025

We were welcomed, to the examination school of Oxford University for the Oxford Wine Festival, alongside some of the most passionate wine producers across the world. What better addition to a host of world class wines than freshly shucked British Oysters, from the Oyster Buoys.
